Venues

We have visited over 100 different venues since 2016. As a matter of fact, you might even find our name listed on a preferred vendor list at some of these locations.

Every venue is unique in its own ways, especially when it comes to floor layout, sound acoustics, aesthetics, and management. Some venues have strict sound level policies. Some have tricky load-in procedures. They're just all different, and we are glad that we've been able to gain experience working with so many different venues in Oregon and Washington.

Coordinators

Event coordinators are responsible for the event logistics. They work with all the vendors to problem solve issues and ensure that all activities are executed as planned. We always work very closely with our event coordinators to make sure that we establish strong communication. The coordinator may be responsible for the logistics, but the DJ is responsible for bringing the event to life through well timed music.

Photographers

Photographers are responsible for capturing as many of the special moments as possible. They are going to be following the action with their camera to document the event in a creative and illustrative way. There is no doubt that in our mind that 100 years from now people will not care what music was playing during the event. However, the photos are simply a reflection of the vibe that was created by the DJ. We love working alongside photographers!
